Chadwick Cherry Tomato
Lycopersicon esculentum
1.5 oz. Tender Annual

Sweet Bell Pepper:
Chile Pepper:
Cal Wonder
Capiscum annuum Heirloom
18-24" Tender Annual

The archetypical bell pepper--tender, sweet and juicy without a trace of pungency. Dark green 3-4 in. peppers ripen to bright crimson. Large, blocky, lobed fruit with thick walls on vigorous upright plants.
Ancho/Poblano
Capiscum annuum
24-36" Tender Annual

One of the most popular chiles in Mexico, this mildly hot, blocky pepper is widely used for making chile rellenos and mole. Dark green turns to red when mature. Known as Poblano when fresh, Ancho when dried. Bushy, everbearing, pendant type plant.

Tomatillo:
Basil:
Verde
Physalis ixocarpa
Tender Annual

This green tomatillo is great in salsas or salads. This variety has diverse gene traits that produce two distinct variations of plants - one is erect and branching, the other more compact. Both are equally prolific. Does not need trellising. Pick for salsa when the husks turn brown and begin to open. With additional time, they will become more seedy, but also get sweeter, for eating raw.
Fino Verde
Ocimum basilicum var. minimum
6-8 in.

A very attractive, compact, small-leafed bush basil. Ideal for container gardening or borders. Excellent for cooking and in salads, it retains its sweet flavor even after flowering.

Onion:
Parsley:
Mini Purplette Bunching
Allium cepa
1-2 in. bulbs Hardy Biennial

The first purple red skinned mini onion. Early maturing with delicate, mild flavor. Attractive either topped or bunched and can be harvested very young as baby bunching onions with purple pearl ends. Turns pastel pink when cooked or pickled.

Forest Green
Petroselinium crispum
12-18 in. Hardy Biennial

Finely-curled, compact, garnishing and bunching variety. High in amino acids, aspartic, and glutamine. Long stems bear dark-green, double-curved leaves. It is nutritious raw or as a seasoning.
